RJ has been studying the art of sushi for over two decades. He has worked in various settings from large chains to small companies and has extensive business experience in running sushi restaurants. He primarily worked in Florida but after his father experienced a medical emergency that required post-surgical care, he moved to Arlington, VA to help. Since moving to Arlington, he started Takusake in order to share his culinary passion for the art of sushi.
